DEXLottery ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information when you use the DEXLottery platform ("Platform").

Because DEXLottery is a decentralised application (dApp) built on the Solana blockchain, certain information is inherently public by the nature of blockchain technology. This policy distinguishes between on-chain data and any off-chain data we collect.

2.1 Information you provide

• ▸Your Solana wallet address (required to interact with the Platform).
• ▸Promotional or referral codes you enter voluntarily.
• ▸Communications you send to us via support channels.

2.2 Automatically collected information

• ▸Browser type, operating system, and device information.
• ▸IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level).
• ▸Pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and click paths.
• ▸Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8).

2.3 Blockchain data (public)

All lottery ticket purchases, prize claims, and token transfers made through our smart contracts are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible to anyone. This includes your wallet address, transaction amounts, and timestamps. We have no ability to make this data private.

We use the information we collect to:

• ▸Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• ▸Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or prohibited activities.
• ▸Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC obligations where legally required).
• ▸Analyse usage patterns to improve user experience.
• ▸Respond to support requests and communications.
• ▸Send service-related notifications (no marketing emails without explicit consent).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

DEXLottery operates on the Solana blockchain, which is a public, permissionless ledger. Any transaction you make using the Platform — including ticket purchases, prize claims, and wallet interactions — is recorded on-chain and publicly visible.

We display on-chain data (such as recent winners, jackpot amounts, and round history) on our Platform. If you win a prize, your wallet address may appear publicly in winner lists. We do not associate wallet addresses with real-world identities.

You should be aware that third-party blockchain explorers and analytics tools may independently index and display your on-chain activity. This is beyond our control.

We may integrate with the following third-party services:

• ▸Helius — Solana RPC provider used to interact with the blockchain. Subject to Helius's own privacy policy.
• ▸Google Analytics — Website analytics (production environment only). Anonymised data; no personally identifiable information is shared.
• ▸Solana Wallet Adapters — Third-party wallets (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) that you connect to the Platform. Their data practices are governed by their respective policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies separately.

We retain off-chain data (server logs, analytics) for up to 12 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted — this is a fundamental property of public blockchains.

If you have an account or session data with us, you may request deletion of your off-chain data by contacting us. Note that this does not affect any on-chain records.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data we collect, including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for securing your own wallet and private keys. DEXLottery will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet password.

We use essential cookies required for the Platform to function (e.g., session state, wallet connection). We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or tracking.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• ▸Access — Request a copy of the off-chain personal data we hold about you.
• ▸Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
• ▸Erasure — Request deletion of your off-chain data (subject to legal obligations). On-chain data cannot be erased.
• ▸Portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• ▸Objection — Object to certain processing of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
